Erik Threet Joins VETS ETC to Expand Healthcare Practice

VETS ETC is pleased to announce Erik Threet has joined the team to leverage his knowledge and experience of the increasingly complex healthcare marketplace. Erik has over 28 years of Federal Service of which 21 years were dedicated as Navy Medicine Chief Information Officer (CIO) at some of the largest and key Navy Medicine Medical Treatment Centers.  This CIO responsibility also covered both the USNS MERCY and USNS COMFORT TAH class hospital ships. As a Navy Medicine CIO, Erik led the CHCS II sustainment and transformation working group providing governance over all business process reengineering activities required to transition to ALTHA at the largest DoD health care facility.  John Nash, Sr., President & CEO states "Erik has relationships and a deep understanding of both the DoD Military Health System and Veterans Administration.  This insight will allow VETS ETC to offer those customers superior and affordable solutions."

VETS ETC Achieves High Ranking at Defense Logistics Agency

The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) has released its rankings of its top IT vendors for FY 14. In this compilation VETS ETC is ranked seventh among all IT vendors and fifth among small business IT vendors.

VETS ETC has in process a number of task orders in support of DLA’s Enterprise Business System (EBS), an SAP-based ERP implementation.  John Nash, VETS CEO, noted: “DLA is our largest customer. VETS Etc., LLC has again made the Inc. magazine 2014 500 | 5000 List of the Fastest Growing Companies in America ranking #203 overall due to a three year growth rate of 2,162%.  VETS rose to the #16 position in the IT Services sector.

VETS ETC Receives Extension to Critical DLA Support Contract

VETS ETC, LLC received a one-year extension as a member of Accenture's Enterprise Business System (EBS) Integration and Sustainment team supporting the Defense Logistics Agency. VETS ETC has recieived approximately $21M in orders from DLA since being added to the team. The work performed under these orders includes eProcurement, Continuity of Operations Planning, Data Migration, Strategic Planning, Market Assessment, to name a few.

Accenture Adds VETS ETC to its Team Supporting the Defense Logistics Agency

VETS ETC LLC, a Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business in Seaside, CA, has been selected as a team member of Accenture's Enterprise Business System (EBS) Integration and Sustainment contract with the Defense Logistics Agency. The contract has a five year term with a scope including a variety of systems integration, engineering and sustainment activities. The Defense Logistics Agency is the Department of Defense's largest logistics combat support agency, providing worldwide logistics support in both peacetime and wartime to the military services as well as several civilian agencies and foreign countries.
Mr. John Nash, CEO of VETS ETC, noted “We are extremely pleased to have this opportunity to work with Accenture on this project which is enabling new capabilities that bring more efficient, effective and reliable supply chain support to America's military services and warfighters.”

VETS ETC Successfully Completed Verification Program of the Department of Veterans Affairs

VETS ETC LLC has completed the VetBiz Verification Program of the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), administered by the Center for Veterans Enterprise (CVE). Completion of this program makes VETS ETC qualified to participate in the VA Veterans First Contracting Program. CVE performs this service under the Small Business Verification Act of 2010 in an effort to ensure only legitimate Service Disabled Veteran Small Businesses are awarded contracts designated for this purpose.
